Connect a Notion gallery
Two minutes, and the covers in your gallery start keeping up with your data on their own.
1 Get your copy of the template
- Open the template page in Notion and choose Duplicate (or Make a copy).
- Pick the workspace you want it in. You can do this more than once — each duplicate is a separate gallery you can connect separately.
- Open your copy and copy its URL. That is what you need in step 2.
Your copy is entirely yours to edit, and so are any copies you make from it. The published template itself stays untouched and is never connected to this service.
Do you want to try it out first? Paste the template's own address below and we will tell you what it is — it is a valid address, but it is the template, and it is not meant to be changed.
Your own database instead? Duplicate it in Notion the same way — Duplicate — and connect that copy. We add the fields the service needs to the copy, and your original database is never touched.
2 Create a Notion integration
- Go to notion.so/my-integrations and create a new integration.
- Give it only Read content and Write content.
- Copy the token — it starts with
ntn_. - Share your gallery database with the integration.
Your own database needs one more: turn on Insert content for the integration (Settings → Connections → your integration → Capabilities), and share the page that holds the database with it as well. We create one example card in your database, and Notion only lets an integration do that when it may add pages there.
3 Paste it here
Fill in the form. You get an API key at the end — it is shown once, so keep it safe.
