The questions worth asking

Do I need Notion Plus?

No. The cover is a plain image URL in a formula, which every Notion plan can use. Nothing here depends on a paid Notion feature.

What can the integration token see?

Exactly what you grant it. Create the integration with read content and write content only, and connect it to the one gallery you want covered. It cannot read the rest of your workspace, and we store it encrypted.

How fast does a cover update?

On Pro, galleries are rescanned every few seconds. On the free plan you can trigger a scan yourself whenever you like.

Can I use several galleries?

Yes. Connect as many databases as you like; the plan belongs to your account, so a second gallery does not cost extra on its own.

What happens to my gallery if I stop paying?

Your gallery and its data stay exactly where they are. The service stops refreshing the covers on a schedule, and you can pick up where you left off.

Is the published template editable by subscribers?

No. You duplicate it into your own workspace, and it is your copy from that moment on. The published template is never connected to anyone's gallery.
